Full Property Management - 6% of the Monthly Rent

We also offer flexible discounts to landlords who have a larger portfolio, saving you more money for less hassle.

To welcome new landlords, we’re also offering an introductory rate of 4% for your first 3 months — the perfect way to experience a smoother, more personal level of management without committing to high fees upfront.

Tenant Find/ Let Only - £150 Per Tenancy

Quality tenants at a fair, upfront price.

A full tenant-find service at an approachable price of £150 per tenancy, (free if you are a premium client!) We handle advertising, viewings, referencing, contracts, and move-in support — giving you quality tenants without the high fees other agents charge.

HMO Management - 8% of the Monthly Rent

Specialist management for shared properties.

Managing HMOs requires extra oversight, safety compliance, and tenant coordination. Our HMO management service covers all aspects of full management while also ensuring your property remains compliant with HMO licensing, fire safety requirements, and communal area management.

Short Let/AirBnB Management - 10% of Booking Revenue

Short-let properties require constant communication and coordination. We manage listings, guest communication, booking calendars, dynamic pricing, and cleaning arrangements — helping you maximise occupancy and revenue while keeping operations running smoothly.

Rent Collection - 3% of the Monthly Rent
