Tenant Find/ Let Only - £150 Per Tenancy
Quality tenants at a fair, upfront price.
A full tenant-find service at an approachable price of £150 per tenancy, (free if you are a premium client!) We handle advertising, viewings, referencing, contracts, and move-in support — giving you quality tenants without the high fees other agents charge.
HMO Management - 8% of the Monthly Rent

Managing HMOs requires extra oversight, safety compliance, and tenant coordination. Our HMO management service covers all aspects of full management while also ensuring your property remains compliant with HMO licensing, fire safety requirements, and communal area management.
Short Let/AirBnB Management - 10% of Booking Revenue
